I am loving mother of two children ages 20 and 18. I have been working in the Education Sector for over 6 years as a Supervisor during lunch time and play time but also as a Teaching Assistant. Over my career I have accomplished many courses such as the Maternity Nurse course and Early Years Educator course while working as a Nursery Teacher. Now I am looking for new opportunities in my career and challenges to learn and grow from.
I am a happy, optimistic person who loves spending time with children. I enjoy educating them through a range of activities whilst making sure to adapt my activities to their age and ability. I believe it is important to incorporate fun into learning as it will help motivate and encourage the child to learn new things. My activities have always allowed me and the child to have a special bond that will help me gain their trust and allow me to bring up happy, confident, smart and well behaved children.
A day to day plan would be making arts-crafts, organizing trips to local parks, observing nature, cooking healthy meals and making sure they are happy and feeling safe at all times. I make sure i help the child express themselves to create strong self-esteem and self- confidence in the way they communicate , understand their needs as well as others.
In my free time I like to spend time with my family and friends. I have a lot of passion for sewing and fashion. I also enjoy learning about new cultures through travelling.

It has been so lovely welcoming Monika into our home. On each occasion she cared for our children she was on time, warm, cheerful and ready to engage. She is attentive, kind, a great listener. Our children only have positive things to say and very much look forward to spending time with her. That said, she always followed our directions in regard to the children bedtimes and food etc. I have no hesitation asking her back in the future if we need a babysitter.
