A fantastic Childminder!

My daughter Freya has been with Mel for just over a year now and she ADORES her. I was recommended to Mel’s Munchkins by my friend and as soon as I met Mel I felt comfortable and knew my daughter would like the environment she provided. Her mum Jean is also one of Freya’s favourite people! Freya always comes home happy, well fed and full of joy after being with Mel. They have great days out as well as lovely days indoors, Mel has a fantastic garden/ play area which Freya loves. I couldn’t recommend Mel more - so happy to have found you!!

Couldn’t ask for more from a childminder!⭐️

My daughter started with Mel and Jean in January this year at 12 months old. Mel was the first childminder I actually spoke with and then met. She told me to have a look around to make sure I feel confident in who I want to look after my daughter. But as soon as I met her I knew I didn’t need/want to look elsewhere!

In such a short space of time she fell right into place and absolutely LOVES going to Mel’s house.

My daughter has profound deafness and wears cochlear implants and I cannot praise Mel and Jean enough for the support they give her every single day and the effort they put in to ensure her needs are met to the fullest. In just 4 months my daughter has developed and thrived in ways I never expected her to.

They go above and beyond, taking the kids on day trips regularly, whilst also providing amazing sensory and educational play at home.

I’m so glad I picked Mel and Jean to look after my little girl, because I know they look after her as if she was their own❤️

THE BEST❤️

My baby boy (7 months) just started at Mel’s this week along with his big sis (2 years) and I can tell he already loves it there! We struck gold when we got my kids both a place with Mel and Jean, wouldn’t change them for the world! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

The most loving fun and happy environment

My son started with Mel 9 months ago and to be honest not sure what we would do without her and Jean. They provide such a fun , safe loving and happy environment. My son is very particular with who he feels safe and comfortable with and I can truly say he is his best and whole self when with Mel , Jean and the Children. He has made some friends for life here.

Everything from after school fun, meals and school holiday activities are just planned with only the kids in mind and how much fun they can have- swimming pools , outdoor toys and activities . My son doesn’t want me to be off work he just wants to go to Mels in the holidays as it’s so fab ! It truly is a home from home where the children are treated like family. It’s just wonderful to see my son thriving and happy there. I cannot recommend it enough. ❤️

Excellent

My daughter has been with Mel and Jean for over 2 years now and absolutely adores them!

I couldn’t find any nurseries I was happy with so I decided to search for a childminder who would give that ‘ home from home ‘ care and attention - Mel and Jean provide just that and we are very happy we found them.

My daughter loves going on all the outings and play groups that Mel takes her to and has made friends with all the children.
Mel’s care is fantastic and fun! I would highly recommend.

My daughter has been with Mel for 6 months now. I initially was worried to leave her with strangers but to me relief she settled in so quickly! I love the picture updates to see what she is getting up to, all the kids look so happy and are having lots of fun! Mel takes her to different playgroups, soft plays, parks which is a god send for me having a newborn and it being harder to get out of the house. Mel has been super accommodating and is always helpful with any questions or advice I may need x x x

Amazing childminder!

Our daughter has been with Mel and Jean for nearly a year an absolutely loves them! From the very beginning she felt so comfortable and happy to go in. Mel always has fun activities for them all lined up and my daughter has so many little friends at Mel's Munchkins! Mel is so welcoming, accommodating and understanding and has been so helpful and supportive of us with our daughter's food allergies/intolerances.
We are so happy to have found Mel and know our little one is going to be so happy with her for the years to come!

Home from home

My little girl has been with Mel for over a year now and she is so happy. She settled so quickly and she can't wait to get to Mel in the mornings. Mel takes her out everyday to ensure that she is kept entertained. Mel provides regular updates both verbally and electronically and is always available to answer any questions. Would highly recommend

Best Childminer ever💜

Our daughter Nellie absolutely loves going to Mel’s house! They go on fun days out all the time. Mel posts loads of pictures on our private Facebook page for the parents to see it’s really lovely! Nellie literally dives out of my arms when Mel opens the door every morning, she’s so excited to get in there and start playing! Can message Mel anytime of the day and she will always give you an update if you want it. Mel and her mum Jean are so nice and I’m so happy I chose Mel’s Munchkins. I was dreading leaving my baby with people I had met once but honestly best decision I made💜

Perfect Setting

My daughter has been with Mel and Jean for nearly a year and has enjoyed every day. Mel and Jean are extremely kind, caring and nurturing with a real home from home setting. Great communication from Mel and nothing is too much trouble. The children are taken on great days out to the farm, play groups and soft play (to name a few). Highly recommended childcare provider.
