My Experience
I am currently working as s Nursery Manager with babies to 5 years. I oversee the smooth running of the nursery and also base in rooms with the children. Until recently I worked as a lead nursery practitioner with children from age 3 month to 5 years. I also worked in a primary school so I have experience of working with children age 3 to 11. . I have been working in nursery and primary school for over 6 years now. I also have 2 children of my own age 13 and 15. I also do babysitting for friends and family at times. I have a PVG . So parents and family can feel at ease about their children .
I also teach english as a foreign language to children.
I have special needs experiences also.

Roxanne is amazing!
She is fun, children love her and always has a smile on her face despite the craziest of the children. Would not hesitate to recommend her to anyone!

Reliable, punctual so friendly and great with my two kids (aged 10 and 8) one who has adhd and one who has asd- so mega patience and care required. Have come to consider Roxanne a friend and she is amazing with my kids, could not think of someone would trust more to look after them. Highly recommended.

Roxanne has looked after my daughter Clara since she was just a few months old. She has been great with her - caring, fun, responsible, trustworthy. Clara seems to have really enjoyed spending time with Roxanne - she has been happy and settled. Roxanne is great with babies! I'd highly recommend her.
