My Experience

I am an experienced childcare professional with over 10 years of experience working with children from 3 months to 11 years of age. I am currently employed as a Nursery Manager, where I oversee the day-to-day running of the nursery while also spending time in the rooms supporting and caring for children from babies through to 5 years old.

Throughout my career, I have held a variety of childcare roles, including Crèche Manager, Out of School Club Manager, Peripatetic Childcare Manager, and Lead Nursery Practitioner. I have also worked within a primary school, giving me valuable experience supporting children aged 3 to 11 in both early years and school settings.

In addition to my professional experience, I am a qualified TEFL (Teaching English as a Foreign Language) teacher and have experience teaching English to children. I also have experience supporting children with additional support needs and understand the importance of providing inclusive, patient, and individualised care.

As a parent to two grown-up children, I understand the trust families place in those caring for their children. I also regularly provide babysitting for friends and family, further adding to my hands-on childcare experience.

I hold a current PVG (Protecting Vulnerable Groups) membership, giving parents peace of mind that their children are in safe, trusted hands.

I am passionate about creating a safe, nurturing, and engaging environment where children can learn, play, and thrive. I pride myself on building positive relationships with both children and their families and always strive to provide the highest standard of care.

I am available for occasional and ad hoc childcare only. I am mainly available on weekends and some weekday evenings. Please contact me to discuss your childcare requirements and my availability. Weekdays is depending if I am on holiday from work.

I am happy to discuss your individual childcare needs and will do my best to accommodate your preferred times whenever possible.

My Fees

• Babysitting from £13.00 per hour
• Nannying from £16.00 per hour (gross)
