We are looking for a nanny/housekeeper to look after our two children (11 and 13 years old) for around 10-15 hours a week from October 2026 (earlier start may be possible) after school at our home near Endcliffe Park. We are looking for someone to take our children to local activities and groups as well as provide a supportive environment for homework, music practice and games.

Both children attend a local secondary school, so duties may involve some school pick up as well as taking the children to some after school activities. A car will be needed for taking to after school activities.

We would also ideally like someone who is happy to help with some light housekeeping (tidying and cleaning, laundry and changing bedding), although this is not an essential element of the role. Hours would ideally be from the middle of the day (around 2pm) until early evening on at least four days a week (6pm), but we can be a little flexible on exact times and days to fit with your needs.

We can be a little flexible for the right person, so if you are looking for more or fewer hours or days, please get in touch as we may be able to accommodate this.

An excellent and reliable nanny

Karen has been our regular after school nanny this year. She has taken the children to their various extra-curricular activities, supported their school learning and encouraged their learning and development by engaging them in extra activities which she has developed. She is fun, and participates with all the crazy things that the children want to explore.
She is very committed and extremely reliable. She cares for the children, knows them well and understands their interests and preferences. We will miss her when we move!
