EXPERIENCED NIGHT NANNY AVAILABLE FROM MAY 2020
Hello Mummies and Daddies,
Please note that I completely understand and respect that mothers who wish to feed on demand and breastfeed through the night, will not require a night nanny.
Of course, every mother has the right to choose what she wishes to do when her baby is born .
This post is for mothers who are breastfeeding (or bottle) during the day, and will require a night nanny to help in the night, and who are looking for routine and structure to their day.
I normally work 5/6 nights a week from 9 pm to 7 am, but I am happy to start earlier or stay later if required. My fees are very reasonable and I do not charge for travel.
I have worked in the babyworld for almost four decades and I have a lot of experience and knowledge to pass on to all my mothers. I am a mother of three and a grandmother of six. I am very hard-working, kind, loving and patient.
I am continuously employed and I normally work a minimum of 8 weeks (sometimes more if required), and if the baby has not developed reflux or is not allergic to the cow's milk protein, my babies are sleeping through the night by the time I have left.
As soon as mummy comes home from hospital, she and I work together for 10 /12 hours (during the day) and she learns routine and structure from me, so that by 6 weeks baby is ready to drop the middle of the night feed, and by 8 weeks, is sleeping through the night. We keep a log together which she fills in during the day, and I fill in at night.
I specialise in twins and with babies who develop reflux or cow's milk protein allergy. I am also a baby sleep trainer, and if I am working only five nights a week as a night nanny, I do baby sleep training for another family over a 24-hour period on a Saturday.
Please call for a chat if any of the above is of interest to you and/or if you require more information.
My mums call me Nanny Rae
REFERENCE FROM MY LAST NIGHT NANNY ROLE
Please find below a reference for Rachel Albert, who worked for me as a night nanny for 10 weeks.
Nanny Rae was a night nanny for 10 weeks for our baby girl, starting the day after she was born. She was reliable and diligent, and clearly cares deeply about doing her work to the highest standard. Nanny Rae was very good at settling Emilia, even though she suffers with reflux, and was very extremely loving and gentle with her.
I also appreciated her kindness towards me, particularly in those early days after the birth, as well as her generosity in helping me and my husband to have some time for ourselves.
Nanny Rae is devoted to her work, loves her job and has a lot of experience.
I am a highly experienced night nanny, problem solver for babies who are unsettled and not feeding/sleeping well - and problem solver for toddlers who are experiencing behavioural problems.
I have a Sure Start qualification and i have done various courses through the years. I have CRB check and First Aid for Babies and Toddlers
I will be available from May 2020.

Contacting Nanny Rae was the best decision. We did a workshop with her and within minutes of walking through our door, everything fell into place. Our little was 1 month and has been a contented, happy baby ever since and sleeping through the night since she was 8 weeks old.
Nanny Rae does not only know what she's doing but she loves doing it and you can feel that. If we are to have a second baby, we are definitely going to ask her to be our night nanny.
