I’m a mum, so I understand both sides.
Being a mum of two boys has shaped the way I care for children. I understand the everyday challenges, the worries and the little victories. I’m patient, empathetic and very aware that every child – and every family – is different.
I’ve been doing this for a long time.
Nearly two decades in childcare have given me confidence and intuition that only come with time. I can read a child’s mood, sense when they need calm or reassurance, and create days that are predictable yet still full of joy.
My approach is simple: warm, steady, human
Children don’t need perfection — they need someone who listens, who is patient, who shows up every day in the same calm and caring way. That’s what I offer.
I respect every family’s way of doing things.
I don’t arrive with a fixed agenda. I listen first, adapt to your parenting style, and make sure we work as a team. I believe trust is built through kindness, honesty and consistency.
I have extra training, but I keep things gentle.
I’m also a qualified Paediatric Sleep Consultant and Insomnia Therapist (CBTi) but I never push advice. I only offer support when parents want it, and always in a gentle, realistic and family-friendly way.
Most of all, I genuinely care
I form real connections with the children I look after, and the families I work with often become part of my life for years. It matters to me that your child feels safe, understood and happy in my care.
I speak fluent English and Polish. As a mum of two boys, I’m not fazed by spiders, mud, or puddles- they’re simply part of childhood.

Karolina has been our brilliant nanny for a year looking after our three boys aged 8 months, 6 and 9 when she started. She worked tirelessly from 7.30 am to 6.30 pm without ever taking a day off or calling off sick. She is so kind and caring with all three boys , making sure they were all happy emotionally and well cared for and communicating with us any slight concerns. She had full sole care of the youngest all day long taking him to various activities including playgroup soft play, library, zip zap, museum of childhood and park etc . She was also responsible for cooking absolutely wonderful meals for the whole family and she always went above and beyond. I trust her completely with all children and she is able to juggle wonderfully all ages and multiple children in her care (up to four or five at times when we had various play dates). Our youngest is now starting nursery so we are sadly not able to keep her any longer and she will be sorely missed by us all. Feel free to reach out for any questions .

We could not recommend Karolina anymore highly. She has played such an important role in the development of our daughter, and she has given her the best support as she has matured.
Our daughter was taken on from about 13 months, and while slightly nervous on her first day, she has since then been waiting each morning at the front door desperate to learn what Karolina has planned for the day head. She takes them on so many activities, so much outdoor time time, next to no television, and ensures that there are lots of encounters with other children, which has been so important in developing our daughters interpersonal skills, and has led to many friendships for our daughter. There is genuine affection, and it does not come across as being a job for Karolina. It has been such a happy time for our daughter. Punctuality, food preparation, variety of food are all faultless. A wonderful nanny, who we will all be very sad to not see the whole time.

Karolina has been nanny for our two boys (then 2 and 7 months now 4 and 2 years) and has been incredible with the boys and brilliantly integrated with the family. She is a total pro both in terms of knowing the area and having fun, engaging activities but also in being brilliant and deeply caring and fun with both of them. They love her. We love her. She’s also a fab cook and an excellent sleep coach, with practical child (and family!) friendly advice and support. Much needed with our youngest… when the eldest went to pre-school we were lucky to shift to a nanny share which worked brilliantly. Karolina is unflappable and tends to multiple children’s’ needs with calm ease and compassion. She’s a total star.

Karolina worked for us for 2 years starting when our son was 6 months old, and then again for six months after our daughter was born. She is a fantastic nanny: creative, fun, adaptable, and always full of energy and good humour! She was great at finding activities including playgroups, softplay and art clubs in stoke Newington – she has an amazing knowledge of the area – and at home would cook really delicious food which my husband and I enjoyed too. She was always taking the kids out and about but would also play creatively with them at home. I strongly recommend her to any family.

Karolina was a fantastic nanny to our son from when he was eight months old. She is highly experienced and I felt totally at ease leaving my baby with her when I returned to work. Karolina is very energetic and practical and was great at planning fun activities, whether at home or out at playgroups, soft play etc. But just as importantly, she maintained a great napping routine for our son and was amazing caring for him when he was ill. Karolina is super organised and fantastic at meal planning, always preparing delicious, healthy food from scratch. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend her to another family!

Karolina is wonderful. She’s professional, dedicated, super experienced but also just a lovely person who relates completely to all the trials and tribulations of having young children. She’s a well known figure in N16 especially. She knows this whole area like the back of her hand including all the stuff kids love. She’s as great with babies as she is toddlers and kids. She’s a great cook and has loads of knowledge on nutrition and how to get round tricky allergies / intolerances. She always used to leave leftovers that we’d devour in the evenings! She really is the nanny you hope is available because she’s so quickly booked up!
