My name is Patty (The children call me PRINCESS HOLLY)
I am an Ofsted Registered Childminder - GRADED GOOD. I am very passionate about working with children ages from 0 - 8 years as I believe that I have the required knowledge, skills and experience to provide outstanding quality care and learning opportunities for children within this age group. I am enthusiastic and passionate about my work with children. I am also flexible. I have worked with children in the early years foundation stage and key stage one. I have over 8 years experience working with children of all ages.
WHAT WE OFFER:
- Homely Atmosphere; Lots of hugs and cuddles, help and support needed for every developmental stages, close bond between the children and everyone allowed at the centre.
- Home-Made Cooking; Healthy home-made food, snacks, fruits, tasty lunches and tea, Home-made healthy cakes and cookies that all the children assist with.
- Learning & Development: From ABCD, through numbers, shapes and colours to basic knowledge surrounding the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) sets standards for the learning, development and care of children from birth to 5 years old.
- Games&Play: Lots of outdoors and indoors play and games. With two Playrooms full of Toys, Books and other activities.
- Art&Crafts: Lots of arts, drawings, paintings, paper crafts, origami, theme-crafts (e.g. Christmas, Easter, Halloween etc)
- Outings: Parks, Playgroups, Restaurants, Farms etc
- Parties: Birthdays, Christmas ( or any other if an opportunity shows up!)
- Potty & Toilet Training: Lots of encouragement and working together with parents.
My Experience
I have over 12 years experience working with children of all ages.
My Qualifications
I have a level 6 qualification after completing my BA (hons) Degree in Early years. Alongside my BA, I have other childcare qualifications which includes the following:
• Paediatric First Aid certificate
• An Introduction to Ofsted Childminding Briefing
• DBS
• E learning safe guarding children and Food hygiene
• First Aid Essentials
• Safeguarding Vulnerable Young People
• Child Protection
• Basic Food Hygiene
• Child Exploitation & Online Safety for Education

Full Day (8am to 6.00pm)
Monday - Friday.

- Childminding from £7.00 per hour

From the time my son was just six months old, Patty has provided the most caring and nurturing environment I could have ever hoped for. She has truly treated him as if he were her own, showing him endless patience, warmth, and love every single day.
Her home is always filled with laughter, creativity, and the smell of delicious home-cooked meals. My son has enjoyed nutritious food, fun days out to local playgroups and parks, and even special café treats that made his days extra exciting.
What I’ve appreciated most is how she encourages learning through play — everything from sensory activities to early language and social skills. It’s clear she puts genuine effort into helping each child grow, explore, and feel secure.
I am so grateful for the incredible care and foundation she has given my son. I couldn’t recommend her more highly to any parent looking for someone loving, reliable, and truly devoted to children’s happiness and development.

Excellent childminders are hard to find. Patty and her assistant Ola are passionate about looking after children. They pay attention to detail, empathetic and make delicious, nutritious meals. My daughter aIways looks for to going to Pattys everyday😊.
I am at peace when my daughter is at Patty's setting, with regular updates during the day, you know that your child is safe and in good hands. As a student my hours vary and Patty is very accommodative and flexible.

My little girl loves going to Patty. She's always coming back with stories to tell about their lovely and active day. The setting is very friendly, there are loads of activities that help her develop in a nice rounded way. Kids spent quite some time outside in the garden playing organised and free in nature. All of the children are happy and fulfilled at the end of the day on pickup.
Patty sends updates on the children's day throughout the day so we know what they have enjoyed. She is also a good communicator, trying alway to find a solution to a problem. She has always respected my asks re my daughter, from cloth nappies to dummy to nap times.
All in all, I'm very happy
