About Me
Hello, my name is Lauren, and I am a caring, reliable and experienced mum of two children aged 17 and 5.
I have worked in education for several years as a Teaching Assistant, with most of my experience being in early years settings. Through my work, I have developed a good understanding of children’s needs, learning and development, and the importance of creating a safe, happy and nurturing environment where children feel comfortable and supported.
As a mother myself, I understand how important it is for parents to feel confident that their children are in safe, caring and capable hands. I am patient, approachable, responsible and genuinely enjoy supporting children as they learn, grow and develop.
Alongside childcare and babysitting, I am also happy to help with household duties, including light housework, tidying, preparing simple meals and helping to keep things organised around the home.
I understand that every family has its own routines and needs, and I am happy to offer practical, flexible support to help make family life that little bit easier.
I would love the opportunity to support a family by providing trustworthy childcare and helpful assistance around the home. I take pride in being dependable, caring and attentive, and I would always aim to give parents peace of mind knowing their children are being well looked after.

My Experience
I have worked in schools as a teaching assistant for 6 years mostly within nursery and reception but have also worked within the other classes teaching groups.
I also within this school cared one on one with children with additional needs. I have completed the following courses

I’m looking to support people within school times mostly however I can be flexible depending on distance etc..
My Fees
- Babysitting from £12.00 per hour
Subject to requirements that are set my fee will vary depending on if offering educational support or household duties etc but if just general babysitting it is as stated.
