My Requirements
I am looking for my 11 year old daughter diagnosed with high functioning Autism. She will get dropped off at my house after school. Need someone until 530pm some nights might be later. Plus holiday care for my 11 & 12 year old. 12 boy is also diagnosed with Autism.

Laura has cared for my two year old son since he was eight months old and my four month old daughter in a private nursery setting. Laura is extremely child centred and it is evident that she cares and loves working with children. Laura has built a positive relationship with my son, which continues despite him now being in a different room. Laura has excellent communication skills and offers very good advice and reassurance when I have needed it. I am very sorry to hear that she may be leaving and won't continue her work with my family when my youngest moves up to her room. However, given her obvious passion for working with children becoming a nanny would be a good move for her. I highly recommend Laura.
