About Me

Hello! My name is Luisa, and I’m a qualified primary teacher from Portugal with over 20 years of experience working with children aged 6 months to 11 years. I’ve taught across all primary year groups, but my greatest passion lies in the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS), where I love helping children learn, grow, and thrive through play and exploration.

I offer English and Maths tutoring, as well as homework support, during evenings, weekends, and school holidays. My teaching style is fun, engaging, and practical, always tailored to each child’s unique needs and interests.

Alongside teaching, I have extensive babysitting experience and pride myself on creating a safe, caring, and enjoyable environment for every child. I am DBS checked and hold a Paediatric First Aid Certificate, giving parents peace of mind that their children are in capable, trustworthy hands.
