About Me

Hello, my name is Jacky and I live in Sandridge, St Albans. I am am a self-employed nanny with over 19 years of experience in childcare. This includes running my own successful childminding business for 13 years, as well as recently assisting a registered childminder.

I am passionate about by career and pride myself on being reliable, committed and flexible. I am dedicated to supporting parents and providing a safe, nurturing and inclusive environment for all children, including those with additional needs.

Alongside my professional experience, I am also a mother to three daughters, which has further enriched my understanding of children's development and care. I have first-hand experience supporting children with physical disabilities, autism and Type 1 diabetes
(insulin-dependent), and I am confident in meeting individual needs with patience and compassion.

My Experience

I have many years of hand-on experience gained through raising my three daughters. In addition, I was a registered childminder for 13 years and, in recent years, have assisted a registered childminder caring for children 0-4 years.
