I have known Jacky for two months, during which time she has looked after my 9-month-old baby on an ad hoc basis at our home.
She is committed to engaging my baby through play and interaction.
Jacky has been patient when my baby has experienced separation anxiety and has respected my requests and preferences around feeding, naps and activities.
She has provided helpful and timely updates and has made an effort to tidy away baby toys and cutlery before handover.
I appreciate Jacky’s reliable approach and look forward to continuing to work with her in this way.

Jacky is absolutely brilliant, and we feel so lucky to have found her. She is warm, reliable and wonderful with our three-month-old son. Liam is always happy and relaxed with her, and I felt completely comfortable leaving him in her care from the start. I couldn’t recommend her highly enough!
