I am a qualified and experienced primary school teacher with over 10 years of teaching experience, currently based in a KS2 Year 3 class. I live in Wapping, London, and offer engaging, fully tailored online tutoring sessions to children from Reception to GCSE level. I specialise in grammar school and 11+ preparation and have a strong track record of helping students secure places at top selective schools. I plan all sessions carefully to meet the individual needs of each student, using high-quality, customised resources. I currently tutor via Microsoft Teams but am flexible and happy to use other platforms to suit your preferences
My Experience
I have over 10 years of teaching experience in both the private and state school sectors, alongside a decade of tutoring experience. I also served as a Centre Manager at Explore Learning, where I developed tutors, liaised with families, and oversaw daily operations. Since relocating to London in 2022, I’ve focused on private online tutoring and nannying roles, combining academic support with care and encouragement for young learners. I’ve successfully prepared children for 11+, SATs, and GCSE exams, with a tailored and goal-oriented approach that gets results.
My Qualifications
In 2020, I graduated from Durham University with a First-Class degree in BA Primary Education with Qualified Teacher Status. I achieved 3 A-Levels and 11 GCSEs including Maths and English. In 2025, I completed the St John’s Ambulance Paediatric First Aid course. I regularly engage in professional development and recently delivered training on neurodiversity in education, drawing on my classroom and tutoring expertise.
My Availability
I currently offer online tutoring sessions on weekends and during private school holidays. I am flexible with platforms (Teams, Zoom, Skype, etc.) and work with children across all ages from Reception to GCSE. My Fees
- Babysitting from £30.00 per hour
- Tutoring from £40.00 per hour
Prices per hour depend on service required, whether that is tutoring, babysitting or nannying.
