My Experience

I have been childminding since 1996 and have brought up 3 boys of my own so have good experience of parenting and childcare.

I have looked after chilldren with allergies, children with additional needs and special diets and have experience of all ages from birth to teenage. I have first aid training NVQ level 3 , safeguarding and montessori

My Qualifications

I have an NVQ3 in early years care and the equivalent childminding level 3. I am up to date with first aid training.

I have training in allergies and epi-pen, special needs, healthy eating, montessori and several other short courses

My Availability

I have a space from September 2023 for any days Mon - Thurs ( minimum 2 days )

I usually work 8am - 6pm

My Fees

• Babysitting from £10.00 per hour
• Childminding from £8.00 per hour

Daily rate £70
Hourly rate £8

My hours are 8am - 5pm/6pm


Funded hours available, depending on the number of days, Funding may only be available for part of the day with private hours for the rest of the day . Funding is stretched over 46 weeks so I can take 6 weeks unpaid holiday , so depending on whether it’s 30 (=24) or 15 hours (=12)

Funding is only paid over 38 weeks , stretched funding is an option allowed as a lot of settings including mine need to open all year round , I have chosen to stretch over 46 weeks

Funding hours at my setting are 8-2 for the 15 hour funding (12 stretched ) , taken over 2 days with £8 per hour for the extra minimum 3 to make up a whole day.

30 hour funding (24 hours over 46 weeks) can be taken over 3 days of 8 hours (8-4) with a charge for the extra hour or 2 at £8 per hour , or if 2 days are required then minimum of 8-6 would be needed ( 20 hours )

Extra days payable privately at £70 for 9!hours , £75 for 10

£5 voluntary daily charge for lunch and tea , parents can provide food as an alternative option
