Incomparable service &care! Brillliant childminder

Viviane is an amazing childminder who inspired us trust from day one and proved us right since then. She has formed a quick and now very solid bond with our daughters and provide great care to them. She is looking after our almost 2-year old girl on a daily basis (have been for 6 months now) and used to do school pick up as well to collect our eldest at the nursery school.

From the beginning she was really good at reassuring us, communicating with us, sending us daily updates and photos of the activity she was doing with our baby, what she was eating (she provides meals throughout the day) etc. and we could see the variety and the fun it was for her.
Viviane has plenty of books, toys and resources to entertain and educate children and give them space to experiment and express themselves.

We quickly saw how it made an impact on our daughter's development as she started pretend reading books, piling everything up at home, doing things on her own and singing songs that we hadn't taught her. That was brilliant to see.
Just knowing that while we're at work someone is giving our baby girl full attention, care and love is precious and makes our life so much easier.

We would recommend her to anyone looking for a nanny as she's truly great at her job and is a delight as a person.

Childminder sent from heaven

Vivian has been looking after my son since he is 7 months old....he is now turning 5.
I could not have wished for such a professional, reassuring and caring childminder for my baby when I return to work after my maternity leave.
Vivian is really a second mum to my son. He was walking at 10 months and was talking at 1year and and half all thanks to Vivian excellent methods. She played a massive part in his development, and his growth as well thanks to her delicious meal.
Her flexibility is a real bonus for mums that have long shift at work.
I will recommend her to any parents and cannot wait for her to take care of my next child!

Brilliant child-minding service

Vivian is the most amazing childminder I have come across.
She prioritises the needs of children in her care and puts them first, whilst engaging positively with parents through feedback and providing regular photo updates of children participating in various activities such as; trips to parks. I completely trust Vivian and my children absolutely adore her. With my children in Vivian's care, I have the peace of mind that they are well-looked after. Vivian is also very flexible as I have asked her (on several occasions) to drop my children off to school at the last minute and she always accomodates our needs. Vivian is very professional, providing invaluable insight into the development of children in her care. She is truly a safe pair of hands and someone I can rely on to relay messages to teachers in my absence. Vivian, is a treasure and I will always recommend her because I believe she is an exceptional example of everything anyone could ever want from a childminder.
