We interviewed Elena for a nanny role which for reasons unrelated to Elena we will not be pursuing. Elena came across as warm, professional and engaging. Her love for working with kids is clear and I was impressed by her desire to develop her skills and gain further qualifications in her chosen field. She struck me as being highly capable and I would have been happy to let her look after our kids.
