Full Time Nanny with Special Needs Experience Job in Bangor
About Me
Hello, we are looking for a PT nanny to help with our three boys (ages 6,9,11), 3-5 days a week (flexible on days). School pick ups, assisting with homework or after school clubs and helping with the neverending laundry and dishwasher runs would be the main ask. Adhoc evenings and daytime shifts over school holidays would also be available. We are looking for someone who genuinely enjoys being around kids and isn’t coming to pass judgment; a fellow parent who is realistic and down to earth. We need a self-starter who is patient and kind but with a 'firm but fair' approach to discipline as three boys can be a noisy handful at times! We do have a dog so animal lovers only please, and no-smokers. Please note we have no family support in the area so are looking for a long-term arrangement with the right person, so please don't apply if you are leaving soon or changing career. Aoife has helped us enormously for two months. She is very proactive, coming up with suggestions for teaching / discipline and bringing along her own books and games to get to know the children. I think she is especially good with little ones. She is a kind person who will always work hard and do her best; I really admire her tenacity for applying herself to things and achieving everything she has. Thank you Aoife x
