Yesterday first time Natalie was looking after ours 2 kids ( 5 and 2 years old) she was brilliant with them and when we was out she send message about how they’re doing. She was happy to put them to bed too. First time, but definitely not last! xxx

Disappointed

Natalie contacted me regarding a babysitting job, all went well on the phone call we agreed an hour settling in day, I told her to let me know which Saturday was best for her. I gave information on my children etc one being just two and she assured me all would be fine and there were no problems. Followed up with her as I hadn’t heard about which day was best. Told she hadn’t had chance and would reply that evening which is fine I understand she’s busy. Didn’t hear anything so left it thinking she may just not have had time yet. 2 weeks later and received no contact. Considering this is childcare I expect honesty as the main quality of a babysitter, if there was a problem I would expect honesty about it and respect that other than just being ghosted. I have never used a babysitter before and this has completely knocked my confidence about this website and babysitters on these sites.

Hi apologises for not replying to you my Nan died so please have some consideration as we have been organising the funeral, burying her and sorting her house etc for probate.

Amazing

Natalie was able too accommodate a few hours baby sitting for me last minute. My oldest daughter was very comfortable to stay up and relax with her. The communication whilst I wasn’t their was great and left me at ease. I would 100% book again and recommend. Thanks Natalie
