About Me
I am an Ofsted registered, professional, qualified, nursery nurse / child minder that has been rated Good. I have twenty years experience of working with children in various different settings including nurseries, after school care, breakfast club and playgroups. I have four of my own grown up children with the youngest only at home. I work from my home, with an assistant and everyone is DBS checked in my setting. I am very passionate about my work and believe that every child deserves equal opportunities, in order to reach his/her full potential. I try my best to provide a warm, welcoming, safe, secure and stimulating environment for children. I have a wide range of toys and creative activities to keep children excited and motivated, all day. We also go on visits to the library, park and play groups. We use one large room and a quiet room for sleep and rest. I have a large garden with outside toys and activities that provide a range of physical challeneges including gardening.
All of our nutritious meals are home made and freshly prepared to meet any dietary requirement.
Spaces for funded children aged 2, 3 and 4 years and the new 30 hours over flexible hours.
My Experience
For the past 20 years I have worked with children aged 3 months to 12 years, in various different settings. I started as a nursery assistant and worked my way up as room leader and deputy manager. I have worked as a manager at breakfast clubs and afterschool clubs in local schools.
My Qualifications
NVQ level 3, early years care and education, first Aider, child protection, behavior management and infection control.
My Availability
I provide flexible week day care from 7.30am to 6.00pm, and I have full time and part time places available. I pick and drop children from local schools, such as Penwortham, and Furzedown. I also provide care during school holidays.
My Fees
- Childminding from £10.00 per hour

Finding someone you trust completely with
your children is one of the hardest parts of
parenting, but Zehra has been an absolute
blessing to our family. She has cared for all
four of our children right from the time they
were tiny babies, and we honestly couldn't

From bottle feeds and nap routines to
outdoor play and getting them ready for
school, Zehra creates a warm, safe, and
nurturing environment where kids truly
thrive. Every single one of my children has
built a unique, loving bond with her. She
treats them like family, and the peace of
mind knowing my little ones are safe, happy,
and cherished every day is priceless.

Zehra is the best! Our daughter has been going there full-time since she was 7 months and is now going to her after school! We are so happy we found Zehra, she is so kind, caring and a great teacher. Our daughter never wants to leave. She also wants to go at weekends, which is something we don't take for granted!
Not only this, but she's got a really well rounded environment with children of different backgrounds and ages and they all seem to really get on - they play together when they see each other in the park even with a big age difference which is such an advantage of a place like this.
We couldn't speak more highly of Zehra and are so glad we found her.

Our son attended Angels after school during his whole reception year, and our experience was been extremely positive. Zehra played a key role in supporting a very smooth and confident transition from nursery to “big school”.
Zehra is exceptionally warm, loving, and kind, and created a nurturing, calm, and positive environment for all the children in her care. Her relationship with the children is so genuine and affectionate that the children naturally refer to Zehra as “Aunty”, which we feel speaks volumes about the sense of trust, safety, and belonging she fosters.
Our son was always very happy to go to Zehra’s setting after school and regularly talked with enthusiasm about playing with the other children, trying new food or the creative art activities he did in the afternoons. These experiences clearly contributed to his emotional wellbeing and enjoyment of the setting.
We were also very impressed by the quality and variety of food provided. Zehra is thoughtful and attentive to healthy, balanced meals, to the extent that on occasion she kindly shared some of the food with us to try at home.
In addition to her warm demeanour, we greatly valued Zehra’s ability to set clear boundaries and encourage positive behaviour. When challenges arose, she handled them calmly and constructively. At pick-up time, she always took the time to explain any behavioural issues, if present, how she addressed them, and the context behind them, which was been extremely helpful in allowing us to continue consistent conversations and guidance at home.
Overall, we feel very confident in the care our son received and are grateful for the supportive, loving, and well-structured environment that Zehra provided.

Zehra is truly amazing. My daughter was with her for few months and we have decided to move abroad. We are really sad as we had found the perfect place for her. It is a friendly and spacious environment, the garden is also quite big, with lots of toys. She plans lots of activities during the day.
I was always really confident when leaving my baby there as I know she would be well looked after. The food is homemade and my daughter felt like at home. She is also very accommodating and helpful.
I Highly recommend Zehra as she ticks all boxes!!! That is a shame we had to move abroad :-(

Zehra has looked after my daughter since the age of 1 and provides a warm, homely, stimulating environment. She treats the children like they are her own wth lots of love and care. My daughter has thrived and learnt beyond my expectations and this is all down to the care and attention she receives!
The large garden is great for the kids to explore and play in a secure area and my daughter enjoys all the messy play and fun. It is great to have found a child minder who I feel confident and reassured will take great care of my daughter's emotional and physical wellbeing :)
