About Me
Hello my name is Elisha Watson, i'm 37 years old, a none smoker and full uk drivers license. I have a clean licence for 15 years. I am a very happy, enthusiastic and creative person. I love working with children and have worked with a wide range of ages from 2 week old babies upto 12 year olds.
I am very good with routine, I attended different types of baby groups that cover a wide range of learning areas that's link with the eyfs standards by ofsted. I am an artist and have a BA Hons in art so i love fun messy craft play and cooking. I make loads of different pudding, cakes and biscuits. I think that being outside is great love going on woodland walks and any outdoor activities and planning days out to what your child loves to do and enjoy.
I have a seven year old daughter and due to circumstances I would have to bring her with me during half terms when working for any families. She is a very happy and laid back child that is very independent and is use to playing with all ages children.
My Experience
I have 15 years experience in childcare. I started of in a pre school working with 1-5 years old for two years then was made room leading for the baby room aged between 5 months old to two years old.
I then left the nursery after 6 years to try my hand at nannying. I looked after two girls one aged 3 and her sister when she was two weeks old. They are now at school and no longer require childcare.
For the past 4 years ive been working part time doing school runs for the same family and still with them until she starts secondary school this September which means im free from the end of July 2021
I have only worked with three families as a nanny and that is because ive been with each family for many years. The first nanny job i had for four years and the other two families i jobed shared and is still on going now after another four years.
The great thing about having my daughter come with me to look after someone else child is that your child has someone to play with or if their younger they have someone to learn from. In my experience my daughter has always been around older children and that's why she can read write, spell, add and subtract and is well beyond her years. This is something that could also help your child to want to learn and do more.

I am looking to get ofsted registered in September 2021 because when my daughter goes to school full time i can work full time as you done need to be ofsted registered to be a nanny.
