I am a happy; bubbly; energetic person that loves a challenge and puts 100 percent effort in all I do. Children and babies are my passion I honestly cant think of any better feeling then knowing I made a positive influence in a childs development.

As well as experience through training and working I have also had much more experience in my home life as I am the oldest of 7 children, my eldest sibling being 34 and youngest 16 years and so have looked after babies and young children from before I can remember. I am also mother of a 10 year old girl and two sons ages 6 and 2 years old .
I have excellent knowledge on planning and implementing activities to help babies and young children thrive in all areas of development.
I am aware of the importance of providing young children with healthy meals and snacks and am happy to offer this as part of my service.
I am committed and aim to provide a safe, nurturing environment and concider the wellbeing and safety for the children/babies in my care paramount.
Here at little leaders our motto is leaders for tomorrow! I pride myself in encouraging independence, confidence and positive self worth for all ages to help set the foundations for your babies/children to become the leaders of tomorrow!!

I have worked in all areas of childcare from teaching assistant to room leader in a baby room as I am a qualified nursery nurse but found my passion in childminding.

My one year old started with Dani very last minute as an interim after a tricky experience for all of us at a nursery. Dani was so understanding and moved really fast to meet him and me. Dani's really wonderful and worked so hard to help my son settle and to keep him busy, she knows exactly what to do in every situation and has so many good ideas. I'd recommend her to anyone, the setting is calm and structured and even when he was upset I knew he was in very good hands. Thank you, Dani!

Danielle is the most loving and caring childminder, she welcomed my 1st son when he was only 6 months old as I needed to return to work and she made the transition very smooth as I never worried. At the time she also had an 8 month year old and I loved the idea of the little ones growing up together and him having another baby his age. As he has started speaking he really loves 'Dan Dan' and has never had an issue settling in or leaving me (which I am only taking as a good thing :)). They eat well and always find new activities to do. There isn't a garden but thats never been an issue as Danielle is so active with the kids. She always keeps you updated with photos from the day and really looks out for all the children she cares for. We have been so happy for a year and are only having to leave due to location and work commitments.

My daughter has been going to Little Leaders since January and is still currently attending the setting 4 days a week. We are very happy with the service and the care she provides; especially as my daughter has complex feeding needs - my daughter is very happy and didn’t take long to settle at all. I would recommend her to other parents for sure.

Danielle is a kind and loving childminder who has made it so easy for our 18month old daughter to settle in with her.
She tailored the settling in days to suit the needs of our daughter and worked around us. This means that now our little girl loves going to see Dan Dan. She feels comfortable there and enjoys her days there. Danielle makes sure they get out and about everyday as well as having lots of fun activities to do in the house. She communicates very well sending updates via pictures and informing us of what she’s eaten and her naps during the day.
It is clear by the way she interacts with our daughter that she loves her job and enjoys what she does.

Danni is such a warm, kind and creative childminder. Her house is full of toys and she takes our 1.5 year old out and about to play. We feel he's developed loads since joining, and he's made friends with her own children. Danni sends us pictures and keeps us informed of how he's doing, what he's eaten and anything else of relevance. You can tell she puts a lot of love and effort into what she does - and really enjoys it.

Danielle accepted to look after my son who had a cast and couldn't attend his nursery. It was a last minute request and I was so glad that she responded positively. My son loved the time he spent there, he did adapt very well with Danielle's family, as her house has a really good family spirit. She did lots of activities with him, even he couldn't walk. He was happy all the time I dropped him and picked him up from her place. Thank to her again and I will not hesitate to contact her again if needed in the future.

Danielle looked after our 1-year old son for one day a week for a couple of months. She was amazing with him and he formed a lovely relationship with her. Danielle prides herself in the variety of (suitable) activities she provides (e.g. painting, messy play) as well as going to play groups for more communal participation. Our son ate really well and always came home happy and content. We would not hesitate to recommend her to friends, and we will certainly look to use her babysitting services. Thank you Danielle!

Amazing childminder, very accommodating. My girls loved summer with Danielle, they were always out on adventures. As they're awaiting a school space, Danielle so graciously helps them with their school work activities. Healthy home cooked meals every day✅

Our son was with Danielle for 2 months over the summer . She is really energetic and very imaginative with the variety of activities and day trips the kids go on.

Danielle was so helpful when I needed a childminder last minute. She was so accommodating to my needs and helped settle in Nancy well. Nancy was so happy in her company and was taken on fantastic days out. Clearly very educated in childrens needs I would use Danielle again.
