About Me
I just thought I'd write a little bit about myself, my name is Stacy and I run Tots2Teens Childminding Service. I am a Ofsted registered childminder running my own business to keep your little ones happy and safe. My husband is also certified and works alongside me from time to time. We have 3 daughters and 1 son aged 17, 14, 8 & 4years.
Myself and my husband have been together for 17 years and run a loving family home. My aim is to make all children feel like they are going home from home aswel as having the fun factor and learning. I am a very active and creative person and love to get stuck in the mess with the kids. We would love your children to become part of our family life in preparation for the big world.
My Experience
I am a mother of 4 and experience has been gained throughout each stages of their lives, I also have 2 God sons and a God daughter, as well as many nieces and nephews who are regularly in my care. I have been an Ofsted Registered Childminder since 2016 and my husband also followed in my footsteps and qualified in 2017.
I have been the founder and trainer at a local dance troupe which is going on for its 10th successful year. Throughout the years I have taught many from 3 years to 30+ to dance. I love each and everyone of the children like they were my own.
Aswel as this voluntary job I was also employed at a children's play area as a party manager. I run the children's parties each weekend and had great feedback about how lively they was off happy parents. During midweek I also run a tots morning which included creative play and learn, aswel as a morning dance and singalong.
In addition to this I have gained a Level 3 teaching assistant qualification with 2 years experience of working in a school where I specialised in the SEND department.
I worked along side some amazing students with many complex needs such as autism, cerebral palsy, adhd, dyslexia and many more. This was one of the most rewarding parts of my whole career.
My Qualifications
Ofsted registered childminder since 2016
Level 3 teaching assistant qualification grade of a PASS with Distinction
Specialised in special educational needs (SEND)
Paediatric first aid trained
Designated safeguarding lead
9 high level GCSEs qualifications including maths, English and science double award

Week days from 6.30am

- Childminding from £7.50 per hour

- I provide drop offs and pick ups at St Elizabeth's Catholic Primary School

Childminder wouldn’t look after my child. I was referred by many friends and really would have loved her to have looked after my child. She set up a meeting had my hopes up as my child is SEN and struggles with people. She told me to wait a weekend to think it over and then got in touch on the Monday with excuses. I asked many times since then and still was told no she was to full. Obviously childminders take new children on all the time. So I have no idea why she was so funny about looking after my child. Made me feel really horrible.
