I have been literally stuck and frustrated with issues around childcare and the timeframes of job offers. Nya has been very friendly and courteous, taking time out to chat with me at length on the phone and also coming to visit us and clear up any questions etc. She is also prompt in responding to any correspondence I send to her. We are both looking forward to this journey together with her becoming one of your shorties. My daughter is already comfortable with you.
