Outstanding full time nanny

It is our greatest pleasure to recommend Lili who has our full time nanny on a fixed term contract since January 2022, shortly after our daughter turned 6 months old.

It has been amazing to see how our daughter settled and grew attached to Lili over the past months. When Lili is arriving at our place she is having a happiness burst and starts singing and dancing all the music she has learnt from her nanny.

We have interviewed 31 nannies (many in 2 rounds) before choosing Lili and that was the best decision we have ever made.

Since the beginning, Lili developed and implemented a daily routine that included free and structured play time and coordinated playdates and music-related activities for our daughter, which we believe were crucial for her further development.

She also advised us on what toys to buy and what activities to do with our daughter (organized a daily reading time schedule, a weekly outside the house activities schedule) which was great.

She had full responsibility for the baby weaning process, established a healthy diet and a feeding schedule with delicious, freshly prepared food that my daughter always loves.

Lili also cared for our daughter when she was sick, accompanied her to the paediatrician and looked after her exemplarily, while maintaining a nanny log and updating us throughout the day.

I would highly recommend Lili to any parent - I don't think I would have ever found a better and trustworthy nanny (who is also very flexible) to look after our first daughter and it's heart-breaking to leave her as our daughter is growing and is moving to the next chapter. We do hope however that Lili will find her next family close by so that we can still see her regularly :)

Fantastic nanny

Lili was a truly fantastic nanny for both our young sons (one now 5 months, the other 2 years and 2months).
We could trust Lili with our baby from birth as Lili is so loving and caring and he felt nurtured and very calm around her.

Lili really loves children and this transmitted to both our sons. They loved being with her and around her. She has great empathy for how they are feeling and their needs, even when they were very young. With our older son she has also done a fantastic job in making him aware of other's needs and feelings, making him a kind and considerate young boy.

She has been very proactive in creating games and activities, having both initiative and lots of energy. This has helped develop our older son’s communication skills, co-ordination and creativity. This also extended to organising play dates with local children and taking our elder son to a big variety of external activities in and around Hampstead.

She is a good cook and did a great job of giving our older son a varied and interesting diet.
As a person Lili is very kind, thoughtful, talented and diligent. From the start we knew we could rely on her and she never let us down. It was a pleasure to welcome her into our family and bring up our children together.

Wonderful nanny for us for the last 2 years

Lili has been taking care of our two little girls since September 2016 (they are now 5 and 3). She is the most wonderful nanny. She has an excellent balance between being caring and gentle with the girls, but also being firm as required. They are always so well behaved with her, and she can get them to eat anything! She has made friends with a lot of the other nannies from the girls’ school and they often go on playdates with friends after school. Lili helps the older one with her homework, takes them to the library and to the park, and to after school classes. They do lovely craft projects eg drawing and cutting out fairies and playing with them. She gives them dinner before we get home at 6ish. She likes to cook with the girls so they like the food more eg mini meat pies.

She is very reliable, always on time arriving at our house at 8am, even though she has to commute from Eastcote. She rarely takes sick days. She is very communicative, it is really easy to reach her on the phone by calling or text message. We have always found her to be very flexible, happy to stay late if necessary or do babysitting. We have been doing a nanny share for the last 1.5 years, and keeping two families happy is not necessarily easy, but we have always found she does a brilliant job of balancing each family’s needs.
