I am a qualified English teacher who is also passionate about children. Also, I consider myself very responsible but funny and entertaining for children. Since I was a kid, I already enjoyed taking care of my younger cousins, feeding and entertaining them. This gave me a lot of experience from a very early age and made me realise that I loved looking after and playing with children. I strongly believe that if your passion for something is strong, it will have an awesome outcome.
I’m looking for part time/ad hoc job (Bedminster area or nearby) that works well with my own daughter’s school schedule and my part time job at a reputable school in the area. I have been working with children (especially Early Years) since 2013, both as an English Teacher and Early Years Educator. I am a fan of positive discipline, learning through play, messy play, fine arts and love learning about how the children’s brain works. I consider myself very energetic, fun, creative, resourceful, a great storyteller with a wide variety of stories and songs that I somehow keep inside my brain!
No need to say how passionate I am about children, and it seems to be reciprocal.
I have loads of references for you to contact so that you can get feedback about me, both from nurseries and schools I’ve worked at and from parents whose children I’ve babysat for.
I also hold the following certificates: Safeguarding, First Aid, Child Protection, Data Protection, Safeguarding and DBS.

My Experience
As mentioned before, my experience in childcare started when I was a kid, but as an adult I have always worked with children, baby-sitting and working in nurseries in the UK. DBS checked and available upon request. I would also be over the moon if you wanted me to teach your children another widely spoken language as Spanish is :).
I last worked at The Red House, an OFSTED recognised and well-known children’s Center in Redland.
At the moment, I’m working as a TA/LSA at a school in Bedminster and I also run 3 after school clubs at a reputable school in Southville. I also have experience with SEN children.
