Firstly, Hello and welcome.
My name is Penny. I am a proud mother to two adult children 19 and 23, who are currently at university and recently, I have enjoyed being a host parent to international students from Italy and Spain. I am married to my talented husband who is a Stone Mason and a volunteer Coastguard. I am based in Dorset and passionate about all season sea swimming, when time and weather permit, prompting me to take advantage of my favourite locations along the Jurassic coastline. I enjoy participating in my local community amateur dramatics and performing in the annual Panto. I love to host and cook for friends, family and visitors , Dorset Apple Cake and the traditional 'Kiwi' Pavlova are my signatory puddings.

I have been privileged to have a combined 30 year career of working a breadth of roles and sectors in care, education and hospitality. I provide a warm, professional, and adaptable approach to my work, encompassing, care, nannying, housekeeping, cleaner for local holiday lets. I work closely with clients, families and carers to ensure consistency and routines are maintained. I give priority to communicating and providing a nurturing, structured environment, while also fostering creativity, independence, and emotional wellbeing. I am flexible and adaptable in accommodating the daily needs of my clients, I value the importance of being professional, connecting with people, building a trust and upholding confidentiality. I provide commitment , loyalty and enjoy making a positive impact to people.
My Qualifications
I am a qualified teacher and SENDCo, with a BA (HONS) Degree in Illustration and recently qualified as a swimming Teacher.

My Availability
I am seeking to change my career as a full time teacher. I am looking for a rewarding role that utilises my diverse experience , skills and expertise.
I am Looking for a full time, live out role. I am available to start from September 1st , however I do have flexibility to discuss any job opportunities with prospective clients from mid July .
