My Experience

I have been nannying for a number of families since October 2022 within the UK and a family in Madrid, Spain - Including temporary live-in roles and proxy parenting.

Prior, I have 10 years experience within the health and social sector, including Special Educational Needs, within their homes and formal settings such as colleges, care homes and homeless shelters.

After travelling a number of countries in Asia, I relocated to Australia in 2019 where I changed my career path to work within hospitality for luxury resorts, giving me a range of experience within customer service, housekeeping, kids clubs and providing babysitting services.

On my return to the UK, I was employed on a private remote island in the Scottish Herbides until October 2022. Helping run 7 off grid cottages and a fully catered guest house sleeping 22. Holding events, housekeeping, serving guests, babysitting and general upkeep of the island, along with 5 others.

During the last few years I have assisted the management of wellbeing events, mother and baby circles, retreats, healing areas and yoga tents at festivals and have volunteered at a wellbeing centre liaising with healthcare workers and people with chronic illness.

I also am regularly involved in charity work, running my own projects and dealing with fundraising, aid distribution and admin.

I have completed a range of different courses from health & safety and food handling, to substance overdoses in the workplace and basic sign language & Makaton.
I am always learning new things, including languages and religious texts and have a passion for self development.

I also know basic first aid and due to my healthcare experience, can handle emergencies swiftly and effectively.
I also have completed trauma informed, safety intervention training (for challenging physical behaviour)

I have travelled extensively throughout my life and believe this has helped me to become even more aware of cultural diversity and become a more self reliant, resourceful and independent individual.

My Qualifications

A-Levels + BTEC Diploma in Health and Social Care - A*
BS Hons Social Work (First year credits only)

My Fees

• Nannying from £18.00 per hour (gross)

Daily rates for live-in roles.
