About Me

* not currently looking for work* I would describe myself as patient, energetic, fair and also very caring with a passion for childcare and providing the best early learning experiences. I enjoy extending children’s interests to support their development, as well as finding ways to stimulate their imagination and discovery. I am always seeking professional development to achieve this.
As part of my ethos surrounding early childhood education and care, I believe it is vital that children get positive learning experiences in the early years which promote development and positive learning dispositions for life. For this reason, I like to promote freedom of choice over activities and follow the child’s individual interests whilst adding relevant challenges to this. I also ensure I work hard to form a bond with the children that I care for to ensure they feel safe and secure to explore and learn.
I am not yet ofsted registered but would be willing to go through this process.
