An incredible home from home setting

Jo has been caring for my 4 year old for the last 3 years and I can’t rate her highly enough. My son settled in super quickly and loves going each day.
Jo is always thinking of fun activities and adventures for the children to enjoy, from days out to the zoo, to fun indoor learning that my son is always excited to share with me.
Jo is supporting my son to transition to primary in September, including making sure he has all the support in place with his SEN needs. She’s amazing!

Exceptional childcare

Our 2yo son absolutely loves going to Jo’s. He settled in so quickly and is always chatty and happy when we pick him up - it’s a joy hearing him babble about his day. Jo’s calm, patient, caring, and fun approach with the children is wonderful to see and gives us real peace of mind while we’re at work - the kids love her! Whenever I’ve asked Jo for advice, she’s been incredibly knowledgeable and helpful, which I’ve really appreciated. I can’t recommend her highly enough - the range of activities she offers (the zoo, cathedral, various museums etc etc) and the nurturing environment she creates, both personally & in her home, are truly exceptional. We feel so lucky to have found her. (We’ve been with Jo from September 2025 when we moved to Winchester)

Couldn't be happier

Jo provides a wonderful setting for our son to play and learn. Jo picked up on his interests, strengths and areas for development very quickly and has made learning new skills and experiencing new situations fun and exciting for him. We are so impressed with the opportunities he has for visits out to the zoo, museums, parks and toddler groups although he equally loves a day at Jo's house and garden with the variety of activities and experiences Jo organises at home too. Jo has a warm, caring nature with the children and communicates brilliantly with us as parents. We are very grateful to have found Jo!

A happy, fun, warm and caring childminder

Jo always has a happy and fun household setting. She has looked after my girls since they were babies (the first one started in 2010) and my eldest still loves to "go to Jo's". Jo has a warm, caring and supportive nature and quickly picks up on all the details of the kids' characters as they develop. I find it very re-assuring to know that Jo is naturally attuned to their needs. It is perhaps for this reason that their faces always light up at the thought of going to Jojo's house and they come home extremely happy and very contented. As parents we have always found Jo to be supportive, friendly, open and communicative. Jo is also incredibly organised.

Home from home

Jo has been amazing at looking after our kids. She is passionate about what she does and provides the children with a wealth of fun learning opportunities ranging from messy play, going to the forest and songs or stories. She has a warm personality and my boys always look forward to a 'Jojo day'. Jo always ensures there's a detailed handover to make sure she can provide the best care. There are always lovely observations on what the kids have been up to. As a working mum in the childcare industry it makes me happy to know that they have a great time at Jo's and learning new skills along the way! I would definitely recommend 😊.
