Disappointed

Amy, seemed very willing to come and check we are a family she could work with. We both tried to meet. What was very disappointing, Amy couldn’t attend but offered to rearrange. I was happy with that but not that she lied to do that and blocked me. Amy and I had good communication, there was no reason to leave me hopeful that she was going to rearrange. Very unprofessional and broke trust from the start.
