I am kind, caring, bubbly, enthusiastic person who’s regularly described as a people person because I tend to make form connections with people wherever I go.
I’m patient, calm, fun, energetic, honest, confident, trustworthy and responsible with a great ability to use my initiative.
In all of my childcare employments I have always been the 'favourite' teacher or practitioner.
I’m a big kid at heart (so don't be surprised if your child tells you I went down the slide with them at the park or soft play!)
I am also very good with behaviour management; I am firm but fair when needed (always praised for my ability to manage children) and I pride myself in being consistent.
I am a social person who has developed a fantastic nanny network where we meet up & do play dates as well as trips out together to various activities & experiences - especially in the half terms. Such as trips to museums, farms & zoos.
I genuinely love being around, caring for and working with children :)
My Experience
I have worked in childcare for 20 years in a variety of settings including private nurseries, school nurseries, reception classes and private nannying. I have cared for children aged 3 months to 8 years.
I took a break from childcare to study midwifery for 16 months & thoroughly enjoyed the experiences, skills & knowledge it provided; but realised childcare is my passion and thats when I got into nannying.
After working withy first nanny family for 6.5 years (few nanny share experiences along the journey) - I was unfortunately made redundant due to the needs of the family changing.
We are still in contact and I provide adhoc childcare for them regularly.
I am in contact with many families I have provided care for in the variety of settings I’ve worked in.
My Qualifications
Certificate in childcare & education
Diploma in childcare and education
Foundation degree in childcare and edcuation
Completed first year of midwifery degree
Certificate in managing challenging behaviour (2024)
My Availability
I will be working Monday to Wednesday with one family.
My Fees
- Babysitting from £18.00 per hour
- Nannying from £18.00 per hour (net)
Dependant on hours worked.

We’ve had the absolute pleasure of having Misha as a nanny for my daughter, and she has been nothing short of exceptional throughout her time with us.
From day one, Misha has shown a genuine warmth, patience, and natural love for children that immediately put both my daughter and myself at ease. She has built a truly beautiful bond with my daughter, engaging her with such care, attentiveness, and enthusiasm that every day felt nurturing, joyful, and full of meaningful interaction. Whether it was reading, creative play, educational activities, or simply encouraging curiosity, she consistently brought energy, thoughtfulness, and heart into everything she did.
Her professionalism and attention to detail are outstanding. The home was always left beautifully tidy and well-organised after her time…toys neatly put away, surfaces cleaned, and my daughter’s spaces consistently well cared for. She is extremely about cleanliness and hygiene, especially during feeding, mealtimes, nappy changes, and daily care, which gave complete peace of mind.
Misha is also excellent with meals and daily routines, always preparing and serving food thoughtfully and ensuring my daughter was happy, nourished, and well looked after throughout the day. She remained calm, flexible, and deeply attentive to her needs, even when routines shifted, always handling everything with quiet confidence and consistency.
One of the things we have appreciated most is her willingness to go above and beyond in every sense. She happily took my daughter on outings and little trips, always ensuring safety and structure while making the experiences fun, enriching, and memorable. These moments truly meant a lot, as it was clear how much joy and confidence she helped bring out in my daughter’s development.
Communication with Misha was always easy, open, and reliable. She kept us informed throughout the day, raised any concerns promptly, and showed great respect for household routines and expectations. She also took feedback gracefully and applied it consistently with professionalism and care.
Overall, Misha has been an incredibly dependable, loving, and dedicated nanny. She brought a real sense of calm, trust, and warmth into our home, and we are deeply grateful for everything she has done for my daughter and our family. We would wholeheartedly recommend her to any family looking for someone truly caring, responsible, and exceptional in every way. She will be truly missed :)
