Exceptional Nanny for 6 months

We’ve had the absolute pleasure of having Misha as a nanny for my daughter, and she has been nothing short of exceptional throughout her time with us.

From day one, Misha has shown a genuine warmth, patience, and natural love for children that immediately put both my daughter and myself at ease. She has built a truly beautiful bond with my daughter, engaging her with such care, attentiveness, and enthusiasm that every day felt nurturing, joyful, and full of meaningful interaction. Whether it was reading, creative play, educational activities, or simply encouraging curiosity, she consistently brought energy, thoughtfulness, and heart into everything she did.

Her professionalism and attention to detail are outstanding. The home was always left beautifully tidy and well-organised after her time…toys neatly put away, surfaces cleaned, and my daughter’s spaces consistently well cared for. She is extremely about cleanliness and hygiene, especially during feeding, mealtimes, nappy changes, and daily care, which gave complete peace of mind.

Misha is also excellent with meals and daily routines, always preparing and serving food thoughtfully and ensuring my daughter was happy, nourished, and well looked after throughout the day. She remained calm, flexible, and deeply attentive to her needs, even when routines shifted, always handling everything with quiet confidence and consistency.

One of the things we have appreciated most is her willingness to go above and beyond in every sense. She happily took my daughter on outings and little trips, always ensuring safety and structure while making the experiences fun, enriching, and memorable. These moments truly meant a lot, as it was clear how much joy and confidence she helped bring out in my daughter’s development.

Communication with Misha was always easy, open, and reliable. She kept us informed throughout the day, raised any concerns promptly, and showed great respect for household routines and expectations. She also took feedback gracefully and applied it consistently with professionalism and care.

Overall, Misha has been an incredibly dependable, loving, and dedicated nanny. She brought a real sense of calm, trust, and warmth into our home, and we are deeply grateful for everything she has done for my daughter and our family. We would wholeheartedly recommend her to any family looking for someone truly caring, responsible, and exceptional in every way. She will be truly missed :)
