About Me
I am an Ofsted registered, accredited *OUTSTANDING* Childminder. I have been working in childcare since 2000. After leaving school I went for some work experience at the local nursery and 8 years later I left to have my daughter! I made the decision to open my own childminding business Hazey Dayz Childminding so I could not only care for my daughter myself, but also carry on with my passion for working with children. Along the years I have cared for hundreds of children varying in age from 4 months up to 8 years, children of different nationalities, ages, learning difficulties and special needs.
I am highly motivated, creative and passionate about making a difference to young children’s lives and encourage them to develop at their own pace. In any industry, experience is paramount to success!
My Experience
I worked as a nursery nurse for 10 years and been childminding since 2009. I have a vast knowledge of working with children and feel I have the best job in the world. I am learning new things everyday which is fantastic, I love that no two days are the same.
My Qualifications
NVQ level 3 in Early Years Care and Education
Paediatric First Aid certificate (renewed every 3 years)
Level 2 Food Hygiene & Safety (renewed every 3 years)
Advanced Child Protection and Safeguarding Children
I continually update my knowledge of childcare by completing many different courses
My Availability
I work Monday to Friday 7:00am - 6:00pm

My son attends Hazey Dayz and he loves it. I can totally see why Sarah is graded Outstanding. She goes above and beyond and I’m so lucky to have her. The atmosphere at Hazey Dayz is incredible, Everyone has a smile and I know my son is getting the best possible start in his life.
