We booked Melissa to babysit our 2 year old for an evening whilst we attended a wedding event in the same hotel.
Right from start her communication were super professional, timely & thorough and provided us with great confidence. Melissa arrived very punctually and I was relieved, she's got such a great calm energy and seems very experienced. All went swimmingly even though our little one woke up at some point she was soon back off to sleep without us needing to come back. Thanks again

Thank you for the review. Your little one was no bother at all, especially given the different surroundings and different noises of a hotel. I hope you enjoyed both the wedding and your trip to Newcastle!
I contact Melissa 1 week ago to babysit our 1 year old girl and 2 year old boy for 6 hours, while my and my partner went out to celebrate our aniversary. This was the first time in 2 years when I left my children with someone who they don't know. I was worried but I said to have some faith and it proved well. when we got home I saw 2 happy babies playing with Melissa. She did great a great job and I will definitely having her anytime. Thank you Melissa
