Everything I do is centred around the individual child.

I work in a person-centred way, ensuring that every child feels safe, respected, valued and supported. I believe in meeting children where they are—not where they’re expected to be, allowing them to learn and develop at their own pace.

Children learn best when they feel secure, encouraged and genuinely enjoy what they are doing.

I love planning engaging activities such as:

Baking is one of my favourite activities because it naturally develops communication, creativity, confidence, problem-solving, reading, numeracy and valuable life skills—all whilst children are simply having fun.

My aim is to help every child become the very best version of themselves by building confidence, independence and a lifelong love of learning.

Riding for the Disabled Association (RDA)

I volunteered with the Riding for the Disabled Association (RDA) in Sevenoaks, a UK charity dedicated to improving the lives of children and adults with disabilities through horse riding, education and therapeutic activities.

During my time there, I had the privilege of teaching Katie Price’s son, Harvey Price, to ride before leaving due to my pregnancy with my daughter. This experience further strengthened my passion for supporting children with additional needs and reinforced my commitment to providing patient, compassionate and person-centred care for every child I work with.

A Little About Me

Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my dogs and making the most of the outdoors.

I have a genuine love of nature and wildlife and was delighted to win a local photography competition with one of my insect photographs taken at my local nature reserve.

I also enjoy hiking and have climbed many of the highest peaks across the UK. One of my personal ambitions is to climb Mount Kilimanjaro and Mount Fuji in aid of charity.

I believe children benefit enormously from spending time outdoors, exploring nature, asking questions and developing confidence through new experiences. I enjoy encouraging curiosity, creativity and a love of learning through play, adventure and everyday life.
