My Summary

My Experience

I have 13 years of experience working with children, from newborn babies to teenagers aged 13. My experience has included both nanny and babysitting roles across different countries and cultural environments.

I began my childcare career in Mexico while studying at university, working as a live-out nanny for a family with two children aged 5 and 10 for two years. This first long-term role gave me a strong foundation in daily routines, responsibility and structured childcare.

After completing my degree, I worked as an English teacher in a reception class, which strengthened my understanding of early years education and child development.

Later, I moved to Germany to learn the language and worked as a nanny for a 2-year-old boy for one year. During this time, I was fully responsible for daily care routines including meals, nappy changing, potty training, tidying, playdates and creative, age-appropriate activities. This experience was extremely valuable both personally and professionally.

I also worked in a childminder setting, where I supported young children in a home-based childcare environment, helping with daily routines, play-based learning and social development in a small group setting.

I am currently based in London, where I have been working with different families as a nanny and babysitter, supporting children from newborns to teenagers. I also have experience working with children with special educational needs (SEN), adapting my approach to their individual needs with patience, structure and care.

At the moment, I am focusing mainly on private Spanish tutoring for children, which is my primary professional direction, while still offering babysitting and nanny support when needed. I am now looking for a long-term position where I can combine my childcare experience with my passion for teaching.

I am a very creative, patient and proactive childcare professional, and I really enjoy encouraging children to explore, learn and develop their curiosity in a natural and engaging way.

I like to plan and do a wide variety of activities with children, including arts and crafts, cooking, educational games, museum visits, outdoor activities and sports. I also enjoy supporting homework and general learning, helping children build confidence and independence in their education.

I focus on creating a positive and stimulating environment where children feel safe, motivated and excited to try new things.

My Availability

I offer private Spanish lessons for children, either at the family’s home or at my own home, where I already teach several of my students in a calm and structured learning environment.

As a babysitter or nanny, I am available Monday to Thursday. I am flexible and open to discussing specific hours depending on the family’s needs.
