I’m an experienced Assistant SENCO and Pastoral Lead who’s been working in schools for the past 9 years. I have a huge passion for helping children succeed in life and giving them the best chance at doing so. Mental health is very important to me, so helping children to develop the right tool kit for them to get through life with is what I love the most. I’m very kind, empathetic but equally I’m very good at settling firm boundaries and sticking by them. Highly experienced in behaviour management and routine making.
