Welcome to ‘Graceland’ Childminding Services
Hello, and thank you for taking the time to learn more about my childminding service.
As a dedicated mother of five children, my greatest experience comes from raising and nurturing my own family. Through this wonderful journey, I have gained invaluable knowledge, patience, understanding, and practical childcare skills that I now bring into my childminding setting every day.
I provide a warm, friendly, and homely environment where children feel safe, loved, and valued. My aim is to create a caring atmosphere that helps children settle quickly, build confidence, and enjoy their time away from home. Every child is treated with kindness, respect, and individual attention to support their emotional well-being and development.
My setting offers a wide variety of educational toys, creative resources, and engaging activities designed to support children's learning through play. Activities are tailored to children's interests and developmental stages, encouraging curiosity, imagination, communication, and independence.
I look forward to welcoming your child into a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment where they can learn, grow, and thrive.
My Experience
With my experience as a childminder I believe that children learn best through real-life experiences and exploration. For this reason, we regularly enjoy outings to local libraries, playgroups, parks, and playgrounds, giving children opportunities to socialise, learn new skills, and enjoy the world around them.
Healthy eating is important in my setting. Children are provided with a selection of cooked and non-cooked meals and snacks throughout the day. Packed lunches from home are also very welcome, allowing parents to choose what works best for their child.
I understand that family life can be busy and unpredictable, which is why I aim to offer flexibility wherever possible to support the needs of parents and carers. Building strong partnerships with families is important to me, and I strive to work closely with parents to ensure every child receives the best possible care.

Computing in IT Support degree
Wellcomm certificate and more training done under childcare.
My Availability
Please contact me for my availability. I have before and after school places, pick ups & drop off and school holidays arround Newton Health, Clayton M11 area as I drive. Summer holidays club available
My working hours are 7.00am to 6pm Monday to Friday, however these hours are flexible. I can offer for unsolicited hours if needed. Any enquiries please contact me.

I would highly recommend Olivia at GraceLand Childcare. From the moment we met, she has been so warm, welcoming and genuinely caring towards both myself and my daughter. She has always made an effort to understand my daughter’s individual needs and has been patient, kind and supportive with her. Her assistants have also been a great helping hand and I am grateful for their support.
What I appreciate most about Olivia is how approachable and honest she is. Communication has always been great, and she takes the time to update me properly and talk through how my daughter’s day has been, which has always made me feel reassured and involved.
She has also been incredibly accommodating around my daughter’s school hours and our circumstances, and you can really tell that she cares about the children and families she works with beyond simply providing childcare. She has such a lovely, nurturing nature and I’m very grateful to have found her.

Olivia has been a God send to me and my family. My children love her and that makes me feel at ease. She is kind, caring and nurturing. Her communication is spot on. Overall I highly recommend for any parent looking for childcare because she is very good at what she does and the fact that my children adore her makes the decision of working with her a very easy one. Madam Olivia has been my daughter's child minder for a year now, what a wonderful woman she is. My daughter doesn't want to come home when ever I go to pick her up because she always feels so comfortable and happy there. I am always relaxed when ever am at work because she takes very good care of my daughter and makes her feel at home. Thank you very much ma for ths good work you are doing.

Oliva has been a good supportive for me, she has been minding my son for a while and she really taking good care of my kid. She is very proffessional and a loving lady . Highly recommended for anyone looking for a good child minder.

Olivia has been a good support for me during my studies when i was struggling with my kids. She is a lovely person and my kids love her as a grandma because of her kindness and understanding. They are enjoyed spend a time on her place and always happy because of lot of toys and play that they can have in her place. Thank you again Olivia for your support

Olivia has been a great help to me at this point of my studies. She has been minding my kids over a year now. She has shown a great level of professionalism while discharging her duties. She is specially patient with my son and great with the girls. She is warm and very approachable. The kids enjoy going to her. She keeps them engaged with activities. She has a comfortable and clean home. High recommended for anyone looking for a good minder.

Olivia runs a fantastic child care service ,she is very warm and understands the needs of a child..Whilst away she keeps the children occupied with fun and learning activities,My little one loves been with her. And she gives feedbacks at the close of the day.Well organised.
