My Requirements
I'm looking for a kind, reliable and flexible childminder to support my 6 year old daughter, with mild speech delay. She is a happy, friendly, energetic, very smart and independent little girl who also benefits from calm, patient and consistent care.
I am looking for childcare support on weekdays. I work 9am to 5pm in Manchester and I would need care from 8am to 5pm, before school and after school. Most of the time I would be able to pick her up earlier, for example around 4pm. It just depends on meeting times at work but I will always be finished by 5pm. I drive so travel is not an issue for me.
My daughter's school hours are currently under review and are gradually increasing by 30 minutes every 4 weeks, so some flexibility would be greatly appreciated. At the moment the school drop-off is at 11:30am and the school pick-up is at 3:15pm.
I would love to hear from anyone who feels this arrangement could be a good fit, either on a regular basis or as part of a flexible ongoing arrangement.

We were referred to Pearl by a mutual friend and after our first experience with her three weeks ago, we couldn’t be happier! From the moment we saw her setting, we knew it was a nurturing and engaging environment just like a little nursery perfect for any child. I knew our daughter would love it and she definitely did!!! Pearl took excellent care of our daughter, spending quality time with her indoors, at the park, keeping us updated throughout the day, during her meal time and showing a genuine concern for her well-being. As it was the first time our daughter spent time with Pearl, we were shocked but very happy that she settled in immediately with Pearl! Pearl's professionalism and experience shine through the minute you walk through her door. After searching for a long-term childminder, we truly feel blessed to have found Pearl. An honest blessing! We’re excited to continue using her services going forward! :)
