My Requirements
I’m looking for a kind, reliable, and long-term childminder to support my 6-year-old daughter, who has mild SEN needs. She is a bubbly, happy and active little girl with a slight speech delay.
She currently attends school part-time in the afternoons (12:30pm–3:15pm) in NEWTON HEATH. I will need support with school drop-off and pick-up, Monday to Friday from 23rd February to 6th March, as I will be working 10am–4pm in Manchester city centre.
During this period, I would drop my daughter off at your setting at 9am and collect her after 5pm.
Following this, I am looking for a long-term arrangement of 1–2 days per week on an ongoing basis, for the same hours.
My daughter is friendly, bright and energetic, but benefits from calm, patient care and consistency. Experience with SEN children would be a big plus, though not essential if you are understanding and willing to learn.
Support needed:
• School drop-off and/or pick-up (afternoon hours)
• Light supervision before or after school where needed
• 1–2 days per week (days to be agreed in advance)
I’m flexible and very happy to discuss arrangements that work well for both of us.

We were referred to Pearl by a mutual friend and after our first experience with her three weeks ago, we couldn’t be happier! From the moment we saw her setting, we knew it was a nurturing and engaging environment just like a little nursery perfect for any child. I knew our daughter would love it and she definitely did!!! Pearl took excellent care of our daughter, spending quality time with her indoors, at the park, keeping us updated throughout the day, during her meal time and showing a genuine concern for her well-being. As it was the first time our daughter spent time with Pearl, we were shocked but very happy that she settled in immediately with Pearl! Pearl's professionalism and experience shine through the minute you walk through her door. After searching for a long-term childminder, we truly feel blessed to have found Pearl. An honest blessing! We’re excited to continue using her services going forward! :)
