We were referred to Pearl by a mutual friend and after our first experience with her three weeks ago, we couldn’t be happier! From the moment we saw her setting, we knew it was a nurturing and engaging environment just like a little nursery perfect for any child. I knew our daughter would love it and she definitely did!!! Pearl took excellent care of our daughter, spending quality time with her indoors, at the park, keeping us updated throughout the day, during her meal time and showing a genuine concern for her well-being. As it was the first time our daughter spent time with Pearl, we were shocked but very happy that she settled in immediately with Pearl! Pearl's professionalism and experience shine through the minute you walk through her door. After searching for a long-term childminder, we truly feel blessed to have found Pearl. An honest blessing! We’re excited to continue using her services going forward! :)

I would highly recommend Olivia at GraceLand Childcare. From the moment we met, she has been so warm, welcoming and genuinely caring towards both myself and my daughter. She has always made an effort to understand my daughter’s individual needs and has been patient, kind and supportive with her. Her assistants have also been a great helping hand and I am grateful for their support.
What I appreciate most about Olivia is how approachable and honest she is. Communication has always been great, and she takes the time to update me properly and talk through how my daughter’s day has been, which has always made me feel reassured and involved.
She has also been incredibly accommodating around my daughter’s school hours and our circumstances, and you can really tell that she cares about the children and families she works with beyond simply providing childcare. She has such a lovely, nurturing nature and I’m very grateful to have found her.
