I am a compassionate and caring person.
I have worked in the care/childcare industry for around 10 years. I have worked for Wivenhoe Montessori - qualified as a Montessori teacher and I apply this teaching in my childcare roots.
I also have 3 years experience working in schools . Fully trained in Little Wandle with Phonics and reading.
I use my positivity and encouragement so children can explore their creativity and independence. As a lot of children are very visual and this helps restore their memory in restoring new information.
I am very creative and believe art is as crucial in development, so I supply a lot of arts and crafts. Also I promote being outdoors, as this teaches a lot about nature and exploring. I believe children inspire us much as we inspire them.
