An exceptional and professional nanny for 3 years+

Libby has worked with our family since 2023, first as a full-time, directly employed nanny, and more recently on a regular ad-hoc basis through her own childcare business. She has supported our two children from ages 3 and 6 through to 7 and 9, and has been consistently reliable, warm, and genuinely invested in their wellbeing throughout.

She has a naturally calm, gentle way with children and builds real rapport with them, our children have always felt safe, happy, and understood in her care. She is confident taking them out and about, keeps them engaged, and manages routines smoothly. She also handled our family dog with ease, which mattered in a busy household.

Libby became a mum herself in 2025, and now brings her baby along when she cares for our kids. Far from being a distraction, it's added something lovely to their time together, the pair enjoy having the baby around, and Libby juggles both with real ease and good humour. It's a testament to how naturally capable she is.

Both my husband and I work full, unpredictable, demanding schedules, and Libby adapted with real maturity and discretion. She managed the children's needs independently, kept the home calm and organised, and gave us complete confidence that everything was in hand, even at short notice.

I would recommend Libby without hesitation to any family looking for a professional nanny who is kind, capable, and genuinely trustworthy. She has been a real support to us, and any household would be fortunate to have her.

Lovely reliable Sitter

Linda is very confident around children but also extremely warm and caring in her work. We found her to be very kind and reliable and our boys 2 & 5 really loved her. She can absolutely hit the ground running, all the while adapting to suit the children's needs and preferences. I would not hesitate to recommend Linda as a brilliant childcare provider.

Priceless care and support.

If you had asked me ‘would you book a doula?’ a couple of years ago, I would have sniggered and dismissed the suggestion outright. I kind of thought Doulas were the preserve of the very rich or slightly ‘alternative’ hippy type households (no offence whatsoever to rich folk or hippies)

Carole however, totally blew away any preconceived ideas of what a doula means. Basically, to me, Carole was the unfaltering love, support and understanding that I didn’t have but really, really needed during and after the birth of my second child.

I initially booked Carole to help with my eldest while we went into hospital to have the new baby, but she actually became the most amazing support, emergency contact and complete lifeline during a extremely vulnerable and challenging extended postnatal period.

It’s very hard to put in to words the extent of the support that Carole has given me and my family over the last year and all I can say is that her support goes well beyond any job description.
She genuinely cares and wants to give love and support from the heart, and that shines through in everything she does.

I would especially encourage anyone who
feels that they don’t have the best or most reliable family support, as well as anyone with any dismissive preconceived ideas about what a doula means, to reach out to Carole.

Honestly, just meet for a coffee and guaranteed she will steal your heart.

I was extremely vulnerable and felt very alone postnatally, but in swooped Carole with her heart of gold. She gave me the love and support of a close family member, held me close when I fell apart, she folded the laundry, she cooked us dinner, she fed the dog, took me to A&E, entertained my toddler... and provided 24/7 on call support when I was at my most scared and vulnerable.... the list goes on (and on)

All I can say to summarise is that there are rare people in this world who really (really!) want to love and support others, and Carole is most certainly one of them...and a whole lot more. I can’t thank her enough for what she has done for us.

Wonderful Childminder

We were newish to the area and nervously looking for a childminder.

We found Carine and from the minute we met her we felt at ease with her professionalism, demeanour and most importantly, her nature around children.

Our 23 month old absolutely loves going to her and we feel very happy with the care she provides. She is flexible, attentive, very open with communication and a positive happy person who has certainly made a great impression on our little one.

We would not hesitate to recommend Carine to any parent.
