About Me
My name is Syndyze, and I am a fun, loving, reliable, flexible and hardworking nanny with over 18 years of experience caring for children and adults.
I am currently working full-time with a private family, where I have been caring for a 2-year-4-month-old boy for the past 2 year . Prior to this, I worked for another family for 4.5 years.
I have extensive experience caring for children from newborns to 10 years old, as well as experience with all age groups. Before COVID, I worked in a nurseryas as a deputy manager also i worked in the creche caring for children from 6 weeks to 5 years old, alongside my nanny work.
I am also a mother of two children, aged 18 and 14, which has further developed my patience, understanding and sense of responsibility.
I am caring, patient and creative, with a genuine passion for helping children learn, develop and grow. I am confident working independently, taking initiative and creating a safe, happy and stimulating environment for children.

Syndyze has been with us for a little over 4 years. She joined us in March 2020 when my first was 10 months as I went back to work from maternity leave. As he was about to go to nursery, we had our second, so she stayed on and took care of both. Syndyze became part of our family, and I cannot imagine anyone else I can completely trust with my boys.
Syndyze is experienced, loving, responsible, empathetic, calm, fun and professional. She organized so many activities for the kids on daily basis - she knows every community centre/library/church/play group that exists in the area! The boys were engaged in stimulating activities all the time. She even introduced me to like-minded moms who became good friends! Syndyze is very experienced with children’s behaviour and will provide valuable tips in a balanced and respectful manner. She knows how to deal with toddler tantrums so skilfully, the boys loved and respected her. She would also notice signs of illness early on and raise them immediately. She is very proactive and always willing to lend a helping hand, we are extremely sad to part ways, but with our second joining his brother’s school soon, our requirements have changed.

Syndyze looked after my baby daughter. Thinking of someone else looking after your baby requires a lot of trust, and I can't think of anyone having done a better job than Syndyze did, especially considering the support she offered us as new parents. She had loads of qualifications and practical experience with small babies compared to the other nannies we interviewed, and on a day-to-day basis of planning child-friendly activities, giving useful advice, and even noticing illnesses, her extensive knowledge was a huge asset. As just one example, she suggested getting my daughter checked for oral thrush, which ended up being a correct diagnosis that our GP had missed! When we moved out of London, I was so sad not to be able to work with Syndyze again. She's someone who was absolutely made to work with children: a combination of caring and practicality that is so hard to find.

Syndyze has been looking after my son since he was 9mo up until 26mo and my son absolutely adores her. Syndyze is very good at answering all my sons needs, do a variety of fun and interesting activities with him that stimulate both his mental and physical development and find mutual language with him such that he is always happy around her. Syndyze has been very helpful and attentive when my son was unwell and looked after him like her own son.
Sadly we had to say goodbye to her as my son has started going to a nursery.

I’ve known Syndyze for almost 2 years now - ever since my daughter started attending the creche at the Swiss Cottage Leisure Centre. Syndyze has a warm personality, is easy to relate, and clearly loves what she does. My daughter is always happier when she’s around!
