Part Time Nanny Job in Wealden
About Me
Hi there. We are a family of 6 (plus a feline member, Kitcat). Our girls are aged from 2 -9. My husband is a language teacher and I work for East Sussex council. We are a relaxed, bunch who value good relationships, reliability and a sense of humour.
My Requirements
We need an OFSTED registered nanny for two after-school days a week (could be Monday/tuesday/friday), until 3-6pm.
You would be collecting the girls from a lovely friendly village primary school a short distance from Uckfield centre (accessible by bus) and taking them home 5 mins drive away.
We would like a nanny who can provide a relaxed experience doing the things that would normally do - maybe a park trip on the way home in good weather, offering to read with our 5 year old, heating up and serving a pre-prepared meal. Time-limited TV is fine too.
If you are looking for more hours, we could potentially offer an earlier start time with Selina our two year old (rather than school
Nursery).

Doreen has been looking after my 2, occasionally all 3 children on a part-time basis for the last few months whilst I grappled with re-locating and starting a new job. She has been everything I had hoped for in a nanny, practical, flexible and bags of initiative, whilst being a warm, reliable, 'safe pair of hands' with the kids. My 2 year old warmed to her immediately and often tells me 'I like Doreen' after we have said goodbye for the day. Recommended!
