About Me
Hi there, my name is Georgia Henderson but most people call me Gee. I love working with children and have two nephews, one that is 7 years old and another that has just turned 2. I spend lots of time with them both as they live in Manchester and so over the years have gathered a lot of experience with looking after children. I have also babysitted for my mums friends and their children - which I loved. I also used to run a creche at my church for 0-5 year olds. I was DBS checked during this time and can provide references from this role. I studied Politics and International Relations at NTU and I have just graduated and recently relocated to London. I am very good with kids and they seem to warm to me quite easily. I am happy to take on a full time role over summer but would be looking to go part-time in September as I am working in Parliament as an intern Mon-Wed.
My Experience
I have grown up looking after children whether it was my young nephews or my cousins. I am a very family orientated person as is my boyfriend who has 10 nieces and nephews under 12 so I have gained experience looking after children of all different ages. I also ran a creche at my local church for 2 years for 0-5 babies and at this time was a youth leader for under 17s.
My Qualifications
3 A levels - in English Literature, Politics and Drama. Degree at Nottingham Trent University in Politics and International relations.
