Excellent childminder

Jo was our first experience of childcare for our son. She started looking after him when he was 10 months old. As all parents are, we were anxious about leaving him with a ‘stranger’ while we went to work; but our fears soon disappeared when we saw how happy our LO was with Jo. Over the time our son has been with her, the Wrethams’ home has really become his second home. It is great that our LO has a second family that look after him, treat him as one of them, and take him on adventures.

Our LO has developed a lot while with Jo – he finally learnt to walk under Jo’s care, and his motor skills and speech really developed.

Jo has good communication, sending us pictures of our LO and writing in his daily diary. She gives us plenty of notice of holidays or absences. Jo also provides nutritious home-cooked meals for the children.

It has been a real pleasure getting to know Jo and we are really glad that she made our first experience of childcare an enjoyable one.

We are absolutely gutted that our LO will no longer be looked after by Jo – it is only happening because we are moving away from the area.

Any child looked after by Jo will be loved, cared for and encouraged to grow. We would highly recommend her to anyone.
