Hi, I’m Deborah! I’m a friendly, patient and reliable childcare professional who is passionate about providing children with a safe, caring and engaging environment where they can learn, play and thrive.
I have experience working as a nursery assistant, caring for children of different ages and supporting their daily routines, learning and development through fun, age-appropriate activities. I enjoy building positive relationships with children and creating an environment where they feel happy, secure and confident.
I hold a BSc in Public Health, a Level 3 Diploma in Health and Social Care, and a Level 2 qualification in Caring for Children and Young People. To give families extra peace of mind, I also have an Enhanced DBS check, Paediatric First Aid certification, and Level 3 Safeguarding training. The safety and wellbeing of every child in my care is always my top priority.
I’m happy to help with everything from playtime, bedtime routines and homework support to preparing simple meals and keeping children entertained while maintaining a calm, positive atmosphere.

My Experience
I have experience working as a Nursery Assistant, caring for children from babies through to preschool age. My responsibilities have included supervising play, supporting learning and development, preparing activities, assisting with meals, changing nappies, maintaining hygiene, settling children for naps, and ensuring a safe, nurturing environment. I work closely with colleagues and parents to meet each child’s individual needs while promoting their confidence, wellbeing and development.
