About Me
Hello, I am an Ofsted registered childminder. I live in Gillingham with my husband Simon and our children Chloe, Charlie and Joshua . I have a large, fully enclosed garden with lots of space for energetic children to play and run around.
I provide professional quality childcare in accordance with EYFS guidelines.
I provide daily outdoor activities and attend regular groups such as library visits, parks and gymnastics. Other activities include outings to soft play, cookery, arts and crafts, messy play and reading. I also grow my own fruits and vegetables in the garden which the children can get involved with and can also be incorporated into meal times.
My Experience
I have three children of my own. In the past I have attended work experience placements at a primary school and pre-schools.
I am fully committed to gaining experience and will attend more training courses to aid my career as a childminder.
My Qualifications
I have attended a pre-registrtion childminding course run by the council. I have also attended a paediatric emergency first aid course, which i update every 3 years and a full day course in safeguarding which I also update regularly. Other courses i have attended are risk assessment and policies. I have full public liability insurance. I have been Ofsted inspected with a good grading in all areas.
My Availability
My working hours are monday-friday 8am-6pm.
My aim is to be as flexible as possible. I can provide full or part-time care during term time, including temporary or emergency care. I would invite you to discuss with me your specific requirements so that I can provide a high level of care that meets yours and your child's needs.
I can do school drop offs & pick ups from Barnsole Primary School.
