Indispensible help for our newborn

We strongly recommend Zarina as a Doula for parents who are new to parenting and need that extra guidance and help on what to do for their child. Zarina gave us specific advice on:
- Efficient breast feeding
- Nappy changes and skin hygeine
- Optimising sleeping patterns
and plenty other small but very useful tips on baby and parent care!

brilliant help for a new mum

Zarina has been brilliant for us and our baby. She came to us when he was 6 weeks old and she helped me with breastfeeding, settling, burping and also just helped me feel more at ease as a mother when I felt frazzled! I felt very safe leaving the baby with her and she’s always prompt, organised, warm and friendly. She’s helped give me confidence in moving forward as a mum.

The best!

Zarina has been my daughter's nanny for a year now. When we first met her it was clear that she was the best person we could ask for: amazing experience both, professionaly and personaly (she is a mum of 5 herself!).
My daughter was not used to stay with other people as we are from abroad and with all the Pandemic she did not socialised much, but she has a connection with Zarina since the very first moment - I could not believe how happy she was without us around her.
She also knows all the parks and playgroups so they will be at a different one every day, making her routine very dinamic.
A lovely, reliable and responsible person to take care of your kids without a doubt!
