After experiencing Teresa’s incredible care with my first daughter, there was never any doubt that my second child would be going to her too. My son settled in beautifully — he warmed up to Teresa and the team straight away and absolutely loves his time there. He’s always excited to go in, which has truly put my mind at ease. I couldn't ask for a more nurturing, supportive environment for my children.

What an amazing team

We are incredibly grateful for Teresa and her wonderful team for the care, love, and support they’ve given to our little one, Angelos. From day one, they created such a warm and nurturing environment that made us feel confident and at ease leaving him in their care.

Every day, Angelos came home happy, full of knowledge,whether it was arts and crafts, outdoor play, or learning through fun. The team’s attention to detail, kindness, and genuine passion for working with children really shine through in everything they do.

It’s clear that Angelos felt safe, understood, and valued, which means the world to us as parents. Thank you for all your hard work, your patience, and for being such a positive part of his early years. We couldn’t have asked for a better team to help him grow and thrive.

Incredible and Reliable Service

We've been with Teresa and Honey since our little one was 8 months old. As first time parents, this was a new and daunting experience for us. However, after finding Honez Daycare; we couldn't be happier! From the healthy meals, consistent updates, provided uniforms, exciting and mentally stimulating acitivities; there isn't much you can complain about.

Not only is the service second to none, but I get a genuine feeling that both Honey and Teresa love their jobs. This makes me feel so much better about leaving my child with them, as I know she will get the best care possible.

I just want to finish by saying a massive thank you to you both and I honestly wouldn't trust anyone else to look after my little one as well as they have.

Sometimes I feel like I am the luckiest child care provider ever, because I have such amazing children to care for and the best parents. The relationship we have is so important. Communication is key. Firstly it shows your child that we completely trust each other and also the care and safety of your child is paramount. Your child is so incredible. She is so much part of our setting and we look forward to seeing her every week. She is highly intelligent and so funny, quite a little character !!.
Yourself and Amber are excellent parents and it always shows in the child's wellbeing. I'm looking forward to see your little one grow and flourish even more xx

Incredible

Having had a previously bad experience with another childcare provider, I was really apprehensive to allow my daughter to go anywhere else. I was absolutely full of anxiety and cannot emphasise enough the amount of stress and upset it was causing to myself and my family. I had a good feeling about Honez just from reading the reviews and reports and felt instant reassurance whilst exchanging messages with Teresa. She was friendly, understanding and accommodating.
From the moment I entered her home, I instantly knew that she was going to be perfect. She has completely transformed her home in to the most amazing childcare setting with absolutely every toy and activity you could possibly imagine. It is unlike any other childcare setting I have seen, and that includes nurseries. My daughter was calm, happy and content right from the offset and Teresa showed her nothing but kindness, patience and love. Teresa and her two daughters, Honey and Harmony are the loveliest, kindest souls you could ever wish to meet and I couldn’t ask for better role models for my daughter. I get regular updates throughout the day and pictures and videos. My daughter has come on leaps and bounds since attending Honez, her speech has improved, her interaction with other people has improved, she’s more confident, she is counting, learning her ABC’s and colours but most importantly she is unbelievably happy. She used to cry every morning when I would leave her in previous settings but now she skips in, chanting the girls names and gets more upset when I arrive to pick her up. She participates in fun activities every day and brings home beautiful cards, paintings, cakes and gifts. Teresa always acknowledges any special dates and throws parties with games and treats for all the kids. My daughter regularly comes home with treats from the days events, she had a whole basket full of Easter eggs at Easter and a huge present to unwrap for her birthday, all of which is organised and paid for by Teresa. All three girls go above and beyond to care for the children in their setting and everything they do is full of love and kindness. Both myself and my daughter could not be any happier and I honestly could not recommend Teresa, Honey and Harmony enough. I feel absolutely blessed to have found them and had all of my stress and worry completely eliminated, 5 stars just isn’t enough.

Best in the business

Where to start? When my fiancé, daughter and I came to see Teresa for an initial meeting we were met with nothing but kindness, reassurance and enthusiasm. This wonderful woman had turned her own home into a childcare setting, and it’s so beautiful! Immediately we felt this was the right setting for our daughter. As first time parents we were very careful in choosing childcare and has been to several meetings beforehand. We wanted a home from home for our little girl. And this is exactly what Honez childminding is. A home from home.
Our daughter has enjoyed every day of being with Teresa and her family run business. The children go on days out and celebrate every holiday. Plenty of arts and crafts and lots of team building. I get frequent updates of food diary(which can also be amended according to your childs needs), regular photos throughout the day, and even nap timings down to the minute!
Honestly I couldn’t recommend Honez highly enough, friendly, professional and accommodating. And it’s an absolute pleasure to have these wonderful ladies taking care of our child.

Just like home!

After having an awful experience at a local nursery, I stumbled across Honez Childcare on Childcare.co.uk and it honestly was just meant to be.

I visited Teresa and Honey and they are honestly the loveliest and most down to earth people. But, more than anything, I felt that I could trust them to care for our daughter and I knew that she would be in safe hands. I rushed home to tell my husband that I'd found Mary Poppins!

Our daughter has developed ten fold since starting with Teresa and Honey and she comes home everyday so full of happiness and smiles. We get daily photos and are so re-assured as we know that our daughter is in very safe hands and having the most amazing time with all of her little friends. The setting is safe with, it would seem, a never ending amount of different toys (I'm actually starting to think that they might actually be Mary Poppins...)!

As first time, full time working, parents, I can't really put into words the relief of knowing that your child is safe and loved whilst you work to give them the best life possible. Our childcare journey didn't start particularly well but Honez has restored our faith in childcare and what we should have experienced in the first place.

We feel very lucky to have found Honez but the heart of this setting is the family that run it and, as modest as they may be, you can tell that they absolutely adore what they do.

We can't wait to continue seeing our daughter thrive and to see how she will grow and develop. Her speech has come on so much already and in the space of only 6 weeks, our 15 month old now says a variety of words that she definitely didn't say 6 weeks ago!

Thank you so much to you and your lovely family for doing what you do. Any child at your setting is incredibly lucky and will grow to be a wonderful adult in years to come.

Friendly, safe environment & lots of fun for kids!

I met Teresa via Childcare.co.uk after my previous childminder of 5 years was taken ill. I was nervous about looking for a new childminder for my daughter but Teresa was very friendly, approachable and easy to talk to.

My daughter settled in straight away with her, and she always looks forward to going to her. During our first visit I was really impressed with the range of toys, games and craft activities available. There is always lots of fun things to do, and whenever I arrive to collect my daughter, the children are happy, well behaved and engaged in an activity. My daughter often comes home with something she has proudly made! Her garden is secure and has lots of different apparatus suitable for a wide range of children.

Teresa also offers healthy meals which my daughter says are yummy! I am very happy with the care my daughter receives and would definitely recommend her.

Super Service

My little boy has been with Teresa now for 2 months and he absolutely loves going! He loves Teresa and the girls so much and has such a big grin on his face when we drop him off every time, which is so reassuring to both his dad and myself. Teresa’s set up is just fantastic and there’s always something for him to play with. He’s only 7 months old, so to be able to have developed that much of a bond already shows how special it is there. I get daily photos and updates to show what he’s up to and the fun he’s having. We’ve seen a massive difference in all his abilities and every day he’s learning new skills there! Having been born in lockdown and never meeting another person apart from his dad and myself before going to Teresa, it shows just how homely he finds it there (both the environment and everyone there) that he hasn’t had an issue settling in!

Amazing!

My daughter felt right at home from the very first day and loves going to Teresa. I really love her service and really pleased with the setup she has. You'll definitely get your moneys worth with Teresa. Teresa's communication is just amazing which is a major thing for me.

Absolutely first class setting

We found Teresa during lockdown when we were unable to visit the setting, but we had a long telephone consultation and knew instantly we wanted her to look after our daughter.

Well, the description of the setting and seeing it online cannot prepare you for how amazing it is in real life. There is everything conceivable there for children of all ages. Two age appropriate gardens filled with toys and an amazing indoor space filled with more toys, learning opportunities and sensory equipment.

The care that our daughter has received is outstanding. After going to Teresa for only one week, she started to say her first words. She is a bilingual child and so we thought she would be a late talker, but she absolutely isn’t. Teresa has even gone out of her way to help develop not only our daughters English words, but her Swedish ones too and will consistently greet us using the Swedish words.

On the whole, I am SO impressed with the level of thought, care, structure, activities and learning that our daughter is offered each day. I am also very happy to receive the photos and videos of her having fun - I’m a worrier and these help to relieve my worries. I would wholeheartedly recommend Teresa and her lovely daughters to anyone looking for childcare in the area.
